Lost my fin and needed a new one. FAQ says they ship to Alaska. Shipping says they do not. Tried calling left vm. No response. Finally had it shipped to a friend in Nebraska who will bring it up on a visit. I also hate that a 5 star rating is pre-checked. Board is great and going in year 6 but customer service is very disappointing.

O have bought several accessories ofver the last 5 years. All communication has been done via email which can be frustrating. The most recent fin i bought, broke the first time i used it.
