Return Policy

We offer a 60-day guarantee that if you are not completely satisfied with your package you can return it to us for a full refund of the cost of the board (not the shipping cost).  You can inflate the board and test it out.  

We are more than happy to provide you with a refund or exchange, providing it is:

  • within our 60-day guarantee policy.
  • The board and accessories are in like-new condition, with no tears or signs of abuse
  • You have completed our return form
  • Packaged and mailed to us clean and dry, and free of any debris, such as sand, mud and dirt.

Exchanging or Returning Your Board

Please do not send your board back to us without informing our returns department first. We are more than happy to offer you with a refund, as long as it complies with our 60-day guarantee policy.

The return must be approved before you send the board back to us. This is vital, to ensure you’re within 60 days of the purchase date. If you are over the 60-day guarantee please email us.

The board must be returned in a like-new condition with no tears or signs of abuse, it must be clean and dry, and free of any debris, no sand, mud, or dirt. Please clean your board and accessories before returning the board.

Basically, return the board as close to how you received it, and we will provide you with a full refund. No questions asked.

  1. Email info@xterraboards.com or call us (858) 256-7179 to let us know you would like to return the board. We will need your order number.
  2. If you are an amazon customer, please process your return through amazon.
  3. Once your board is approved for return, fill out our return form
  4. Return this form either in the box with your board or via email info@xterraboards.com
  5. Package the board and accessories the best you can. Please read and carefully follow the instructions in the refund form.
  6. Ship the board to 7810 Trade Street, Suite 200, San Diego, California, 92121.
    Note, you are responsible for the return shipping.
  7. Once received, please expect approximately 5 business days to process your return.
  8. We will send you a refund confirmation email. Every bank has different processing times, therefore please expect up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed back into your account.

Once we have emailed you a refund confirmation email, we have processed your return, it is now up to your bank. Please contact your bank to determine when the refund will appear in your account.

 

What is your return policy?

Our NO QUESTIONS ASKED policy lasts 30 days. If you are not completely satisfied with your XTERRA package then please contact us for a Return Authorization Form in which you'll place in your box and send to us at: XTERRA BOARDS, 7810 Trade Street, Suite 200, San Diego, Ca 92121. ALL BOARDS MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, you will need to contact us directly at info@xterraboards.com.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be good condition. It must also be in the original packaging, but we'll make exceptions if you're just sending a piece (e.g. just the pump). PLEASE return your board clean and dry. Do NOT send it wet, damp, dirty or with sand from the beach.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to anyone other than XTERRA BOARDS.
